TODD LUBAR ADVICE ON HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS

Todd Lubar is the President of TDL GLOBAL VENTURES company and Sr.VP to legendary investments. Todd has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years as an entrepreneur and businessman helping others to become homeowners. Todd has also worked in several industries including entertainment, construction and mortgage banking. He is passionate about the community and uses his experience to help others rise to success.

 

Todd Lubar went to Sidwell Friends School in Washington DC in 1977. He attended the Peddie School in Hightstown NJ in his high school years and later attended Syracuse University where he obtained a B.A in speech communication in 1995. His career began the same year when he got a job with Crestar Mortgage Corporation and worked there from 1995-1999. In 1999 he joined Legacy Financial group based out of Arlington Texas and helped grow the Maryland office to a production unit, he left in 2005. In 2005 Todd accepted a job as Senior Vice President with Charter Funding where he worked until August 2007.

 

After 20 years of serving in the finance and credit space, Todd Lubar felt the need to help others fulfill their needs by finding a way to eliminate the barriers that keep people from receiving loans. He came up with RELIEF, a product, and program that gives consumers what they want. Under this program, Lubar has successfully managed to mentor entrepreneurs by making them realize that their entrepreneurial successes are working and that they are making money to help sustain themselves. The real estate market is growing daily, and therefore entrepreneurs should find the best space to dominate in, invest their energy, hard work, skills and knowledge in it and rise above to dominate the house-finding space.

 

Todd Lubar believes that where there is a will, there is a way. His advice to the entrepreneurs is that making an idea come to life is by having the will to make it happen. Without the will and the hard work to make it happen is as good as not thinking about it at all. To succeed in real estate, they must be willing to put all their efforts and hard work in it. The people you surround yourself with also significantly influence your success. He, therefore, advised people to be cautious about whom they associate with business is about cultivating culture and trust to succeed.

 

Surround yourself with people that challenge you to work hard, grow professionally and personally. Todd also says that even though the work may same repetitive, it is essential for people to focus on the goals and the bigger picture this way we can achieve a lot more than we thought we could.
